DeWayne Faulks

Although he’s been around pumping units since a very young age, DeWayne comes by his knowledge and expertise honestly. Following in his father’s footsteps, he’s been in the field or in the shop for Dansco for over two decades and has taken advantage of those opportunities to see and repair all different types and sizes of pumping units. “I’m always up for the challenge of something new,” he says. DeWayne’s family heritage helped guide him to his profession, but it’s more than just a job to him. He enjoys working in the family business and hopes to continue to solidify Dansco’s position in the industry as a company you can depend on.

DeWayne looks forward to spending his leisure time with his two young sons, doing outdoor activities and teaching them things along the way. As he received guidance and direction from his father, he hopes to bring the next generation along in a similar manner. “I think it’s everybody’s goal…to work with their kids,” he says. “My kids are my motivation.”
